\r\nInnocent KOUAKOU advises both multinational groups and local companies operating in key sectors such as insurance, energy, infrastructure, transport, and mining.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\nHe handles a full range of tax matters, including structuring, compliance, audits, tax disputes, and transfer pricing.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\nHis practice focuses on designing strategic tax solutions, managing relationships with tax authorities to mitigate exposure to tax risks, and representing clients in litigation proceedings where necessary.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\nHe is a licensed Legal Counsel and a member of the International Fiscal Association.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\nPrior to joining Ofori Law Africa LLP, he worked at a leading Ivorian law firm specializing in tax law, business law, and mining law, where he notably contributed to the review of the Ivorian Mining Code.\r\n<\/p>\r\n
