Doriane Seri

Doriane SERI is a Tax Associate at OforiI Law Africa LLP. She advises clients on tax compliance, transactional tax matters—particularly in the context of tax due diligence for mergers and acquisitions—and, more broadly, on the tax implications of business formations, restructurings, and exit transactions, including mergers, demergers, asset transfers, and share disposals. She also assists clients in developing tax controversy strategies and conducting negotiations with the tax authorities in the context of tax audits and assessments, helping them manage tax risks and achieve efficient dispute resolution outcomes.
