Olivier Coulibaly

Olivier COULIBALY is a Tax Associate at OFORI Law Africa LLP. He advises clients on corporate taxation, tax compliance, and transactional tax matters. He contributes to tax review and optimization assignments, assists clients during tax audits and investigations, and supports the preparation of tax opinions and advisory work across a broad range of sectors. Prior to joining the firm, Olivier worked within the Tax & Legal practice of a Big Four firm in Abidjan, where he was involved in tax due diligence engagements and the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies for both local and international clients.
