Lamine N'Diaga N'Diaye

Lamine N'DIAGA N'DIAYE is an Associate at Ofori Law Africa LLP, where he primarily advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and competition law matters. He assists both local and international clients throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, from structuring to closing their strategic acquisitions and investment transactions. He also advises on regulatory filings and approval processes before the relevant regulatory and supervisory authorities. Prior to joining the firm, Lamine served as Legal Counsel at an investment bank based in Abidjan, where he gained valuable experience advising on corporate and financial transactions.
